BSE North Appointment & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing BSE North. To provide the highest quality service and accommodate all clients, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment. Appointment Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the cancellation policy is not followed. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice may transfer the deposit one time to a future appointment. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Repeated no-shows or excessive last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future appointments or may result in refusal of future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to shorten their service, reschedule, or forfeit their appointment based on the schedule. Late arrivals may still be responsible for the full service fee. Permanent Makeup (PMU) Due to the length and preparation required for Permanent Makeup appointments, a larger non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Failure to follow all pre-care instructions may require the appointment to be rescheduled and may require a new deposit. Refund Policy All services provided are final. Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic services, BSE North does not offer refunds on services rendered. If you have concerns regarding your results, please contact us within seven days of your appointment so that we may evaluate your concerns and determine an appropriate resolution. Children & Guests To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, only clients receiving services are permitted in treatment rooms unless prior arrangements have been made. Health & Safety Please notify us before your appointment if you are experiencing an illness, have developed a contagious condition, or have any medical changes that could affect your service. Agreement By booking an appointment with BSE North, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these policies.
